Arrows of Purpose Sponsored Homes provide 24-hour residential care for individuals with disabilities cannot be supported in their home by their families. These individuals may be transitioning from a natural family environment, Institution like setting such as group home or ICF locations. We provide services for Children and adolescents who want to be integrated into the community and have a desire to live in a regular home setting that will allow for growth, as well as a more personable relationship with the individual, their families and or community.

ADMISSION
Schedule an appointment to learn about the needs and desires of the referral for placement.
After the referral meeting, AOP will consider placement based on the referral’s preferences.
A tour scheduled so the referral and his/her family can meet the potential sponsor Once a sponsor is identified
A trial visit is scheduled
After the trial visit and decision to make AOP your home service plan development with support coordinator
A start date for the service is established. This process can occur as quickly as it needs to depend on the referral’s timeline for placement

We care about every individual that comes across our agency as well as provides structured and consistent homes for children with a diagnosed intellectual, developmental disability and/or autism. Our residential homes are filled with caring and well trained sponsors ready to cater to each child’s needs by implementing support based on whats "Important to" and what's "Important for" our individuals.
Our individuals will continue to attend public or alternative schools in the community, engage in skilled enhancement activities, socialization with peers, therapeutic recreation such as arts and crafts, music, and physical activity, community integration, vacations and traveling to give the best life we possibly can give. Individual choice is encouraged throughout all aspects of programming.
